1. Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Custom/made-to-order items require additional production time (stated on the product page).
2. Shipping Carriers & Methods
We partner with specialized furniture freight carriers. Small accessories may ship via UPS/FedEx. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. Free shipping is available on all orders to national wide in USA. Additional charges apply for remote areas, islands, and upstairs delivery.
4. Delivery Options

Curbside Delivery (Standard): Carrier delivers to your driveway or building entrance. You are responsible for moving the item inside.

Room of Choice Delivery: Includes bringing the item into your home and placing it in the room you choose. Stair carries may incur extra fees.

White Glove Delivery: Includes unpacking, assembly, placement, and debris removal. Available at an additional cost – select at checkout.
5. Delivery Appointment
After your order ships, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window (typically 4–6 hours). Someone 18+ must be present to sign for the delivery. If you miss your appointment, a re-delivery fee of will apply.
6. Inspection & Damage
Please inspect your item thoroughly at the time of delivery.

Visible damage: Note it on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing. Refuse the item if severely damaged.

Concealed damage: Report to us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Claims after 48 hours may not be honored.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, no one available, or access restrictions (e.g., staircase too narrow, elevator too small), you will be charged the actual return and re-delivery costs.
8. International Orders
We are unable to fullfill orders outside of USA this moment.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, port congestion, strikes, pandemics, or carrier operational issues.
